There are just a few days to go before I spend three months transforming my body from frumpy to fabulous fortysomething.
Between May 1st and August 1st I will spend three months doing all I can within the restrictions of a busy family life to achieve my goal.
I don't expect anyone to read this except me but writing it all down will help.
